Would help if we knew what scanner you're running & what your audio input is. Click the Audio Control tab. Click whatever source tab you're using below it (Recorder, Source Client, Web Server, etc). Set your input source accordingly using the drop down menu . See also pages 5 and 6 of online manual linked here

It would also be good to know if the meters are moving for whatever input source you selected. The first time I was setting ProScan up, I was going crazy because I could see the meters moving as if sound was being received, but I wasn't hearing anything. I somehow failed to notice step #3 in the instructions:
Listening With The Computer Speakers
1. Go to Audio Control --> Monitor & Test tab.
2. Click the Capture Audio Service combo box and choose one of the audio services using.
3. Click the Loopback control.
This would be if you're trying to listen on the same computer you have ProScan running on. If the meters are moving, you're getting audio. Just have to setup the output (loopback, webserver, etc.).

Thanks for your reply. Meters not moving and don't know what audio service I should be using. I have played around some of the settings but have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated as I am not computer savy.
