No sound

Had some time finally to actually sit and listen a while and didnt hear anything. then a local school went into lock down over a possible shooting and still nothing. So went back in the archives and over a month no audio. Scanner or computer hasnt moved and antenna (stock) is still in the same place. Any ideas? Feed is macon ga macon bibb fire and Sheriff

Also I have restarted the scanner (Sds200) the wifi and the computer. I have not changed anything on the scanner since it was programmed. Last log was on 7/31/2025
