SDS100/SDS200: No Unit ID name alert - bug or operator error?

I have 8 Unit Names programmed in a fav list.
Same FL/system/dept.

Each with an alert tone and yellow/fast flash programmed.

The SDS100 will display the Unit ID name as programmed, but will not alert (both tone and light) as programmed.

So.... I thought maybe each Unit ID name had to be unique, so I put a 1, 2, etc behind each name.
Nope, still no alerts.

Anyone else run into this?
Could someone that also uses Unit ID names check to see if they get any alerts?

It's a known bug. I posted a debug log in the current open beta thread, I would suggest you do so as well.

If the scanner displays the correct Unit ID Name, then you know that it received and properly decoded the Unit ID number, it just isn't doing everything it should with it after that.

Yea, bug, thanks for confirming.

I checked this using my 436.
436 alerts just fine.
And, not having to have unique names....
