Went to the nooelec web site and downloaded the driver so the new nsdr smartee dongle would work with sdr console, I am having a big problem when I start sdr console. I have made a youtube video to show you what happens when trying to use the nesdr smartee.
I really don't no how to fix this, any help appreciated.

YouTube Video.

I don’t use console but have a smartee I run in Unitrunker and seem to recall using the driver in zadig. I will try console later tonight or tomorrow morning

I go to definitions and rtl dongle usb comes up and I select it, and it install the nesdr smartee it says this in the select radio that it's installed. There is no e4000, I look everywhere in the list and it does not show.

Mmm are my eyes playing tricks? looks like you want to select the 3rd radio down. (My bad, wrong post)

Use the latest zadig to install drivers, but in your shot, it is showing so drivers must be installed. First post, what I see looks like it is working, but I am not a fan of Console.
That spike is normal, it is a harmonic of the internal VCOs. or is that FT8?
I would reduce the gain a bit, slow down the waterfall and zoom in a bit on the spectrum.
