North Smithfield DPW freq changed?

I'm not able to receive any traffic on 151.340 for North Smithfield department of public works. That frequency was active previously though I'm not sure how long it's been since I last heard traffic on it. I'm using an Home Patrol 1 with the latest RR database.

Anyone know if the DPW is using a different frequency?

OK. a long time ago, they were 159.165 PL 97.4. They they switched to 151.340 PL 88.5.

I see back in 2007, North Smithfield EMA got a new license, and used the old channel as their VHF rptr input (159.165). So EMA is 155.3775 Rptr (159.165 input).

According to Scan-ne.net website, the current for "North Smithfield DPW/Highway" is: 151.340 PL 97.4

I heard some brief "plow guy" chat on 151.340 this morning, but nothing else; so I assume the channel is still active. They may be using Nextel type system for their regular comms.

NS DPW may be using 156.175, as I've been hearing their comms this evening while plowing in the area. This freq is listed as Middletown's FD, as well as Maine port operations CH 63a. I wonder what their doing on this channel.
