I was wondering how to get the color code and frequency order to program the DMR system using ARC-XT into my 996P2?
I have the frequency's, but no clue on how to get them to scan properly. All I hear is digital noise.

Make sure the scanner audio is switched to digital in the settings, if its on analog it may only pick up digital noise ,or set it to all audio,

This is how I have it set up in the DMR one channel. I hear nothing.

This is how I have it set up in a conventional system. All I hear on this is like a control channel buzz.

Its Under State of Nevada, Humboldt County, Top right corner is menu. under that is FCC Licenses. Find KT Services(it #6 in alphabetical order, almost to the bottom) I copied all the channels for my conventional program and just the Winnemucca one for the DMR program.

True, But I would think I could hear them in a conventional system if they are not encrypted. As you stated before they may be.

This is an example 7k60 is dmr, they could also be nxdn as well or p25
4k or 8k is nxdn
11k is usually just analog

Does it only talk on 462.175 or does it talk on the other frequencies? If so it is a trunked system of some kind. Do u have dsdplus? SDR Dongles or RTL2832 dongles by chance

Winnemucca mountain only has 462.175 licensed to KT, if its using other frequencies as well as 462.175 on dmr, it could be trunked

I got it. Programed it in as a DMR system. Set search for Color Code and Talk groups. Got the color code but no talk group info showed.
I have all frequencies programed in for them, From Winnemucca to Elko. That way I can hear them there. I know its weird to want to listen to a bus service, but I actually get some good road reports from them.
Thanks for the help on this

Sometimes a dmr system may need LCNs logical Channel numbers to track correctly if its a trunked system
