Ramada Inn 120th & I-25 CSP ida units were attempting to make contact with a room, met with a gun so called for help and have retreated. Lots more units helping and now talking about possible evac of the motel and bringing in a Bearcat.

Two subjects came out of the room approx. 20 minutes ago, one male subject has been holding out. It appears that last subject finally gave out and exited the room, they now have all three subjects in custody, and are starting a safety sweep of the room.
