HP-2: Not Picking up local or county any longer

Scanner worked fine for a while, now I cant pick up local or county. I live in Duncan Ok. Stephens county, New to all this and needing some help. Thanks

I believe the Duncan PD and County went to DMR Digital which is mototrbo. https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=2196
