Pro-651: not receiving signals

I have a pro651 handheld digital scanner, the unit is scanning but not receiving any transmissions, the signal strength indicator is not displayed .

Have pro-651, the unit is scanning I can see all programed objects being scanned, however it is not receiving transmissions. the signal strength meter is not being displayed. any ideas ?

Does it received a NOAA weather frequency? If not, then there is a possibility that the antenna connector is damaged.

NOAA does not work either, thank you will check antenna connection

Imb54 - try unseating the Antenna carefully, then reattaching it carefully as well , turning the antenna until it clicks.

Make sure you check the center pins on connectors with you glasses on (I learned the hard way).

If you are trying to monitor a P-25 Phase 2 then your scanner will not receive. You need to tell us what system you are monitoring.
