Nothing to scan display question

I have a local business NXDN system programmed into my favorite list, Now when I when scanning my favorites list I get the nothing to scan on this system. It worked fine until recently

What Ami doing wrong?

Did you change programming to the scanner without reading it first?

"Nothing to Scan" could mean one or more, of several things. Please see the link below for things to consider:

Some things to check include: (assuming you are using bcdX36hp or sdsX00)

• Correct Service Types enabled. By default only EMS Dispatch, Fire Dispatch, Law Dispatch, Custom 1, and Multi-Dispatch are enabled
• Favorite List enabled in Set Scan Selection
• Necessary quick keys enabled. (Favorite list, System, Department, Site)
• If location control is enabled, make sure that location is set correctly and locations programmed.

Also check the the "ID Search" is enabled.

You access that within the Programmed setup via System Options, this has solved the same problem for me in the past
for NXDN and DMR setups
