NSPC / Emera

I've been listening to this trunked system on and off forever now and yet to hear a single thing.

Occasionally I'll see a DATA call come through, but even those are rare. I am using SDRTRUNK, but also have DSD+ running off a RSPduo and a Windows Surface Pro 9, so I know my setup is good.

Can anyone please confirm they are indeed active so I can start hunting down what I am doing wrong? MPSRN works just fine and very active. I realize NSPC is a DMR system, but as far as I can tell I have everything in place to decode it.

Not much radio traffic. Had some hits during the last big storm. Posted what I found to the database.

It's been a couple of years since I've monitored, but previously was able to decode LRRP data on a map from their trucks.
