NSRS AFS TG 10-103 unidentified

Strange chatter from talkgroup 10-103 on Nevada Shared Radio System from Slide Mtn.
I hear regular chatter on this talkgroup and this morning they are talking about cleaning around drains, leaking from welds in ceiling, samples taken to lab, air flow curtain. I have not been able to figure out who they are in prior comms they have talked about doors. I had assumed they may be in elko county but im not hearing anything else in the 10-xxx group so im still baffled.

Now they want keys that dont seem to be the same over time to be put on desk female answered and they want I.T. to respond and remove thier router from the ceiling. They dont use unit numbers first name john and guy answering had lots of feedback from another radio next to him.
