Most interesting.
Neither of those periods are low-air-traffic times. And there's a lot of air traffic within those circles. I guess aircraft are going to have to go back to their old-fashioned VORTAC and NDB navigation.

I hate when they do this makes my job busy. I do understand why they do it though. Thanks for the info.

NDB's don't really exist any more....the very few that have left are being decommission.

Doesn't look like it will impact too much since it's below FL250 but more of the traffic heading into LAX will be at that.

@737mech - the GPS outage should be noted on the flight release. I am guessing you are a WN mech?
