Still have active tornado warnings in Bowie County (the Texarkana area) and others south of I-20 in Rusk County (southeast of Tyler, south of Longview). Earlier, multiple warnings for areas south of DFW as well as just east of the metro area.

Lamar was gnarly, Debre field started around FM-79 & FM-1500 and got increasingly worse to the North and Northeast. Fire response was really slow due to accidents on US-82 and the remoteness of the disaster zone. Paris basically put out an "All Call" for ANY agency to respond, Storm spotters were called in to access the area and conduct Search & Rescue as first responders were having extreme difficulty making access to the area, it was insane. Pictures are from the 79/1500 area about 6 miles south of Sumner.

The Lamar County tornado was a 'high end' EF-3, according to the NWS.

NWS confirms at least 3 tornadoes from Friday's storms in North Texas

National Weather Service survey crews have confirmed at least three tornadoes in North Texas from Friday's storms.
