NWIN frequency changes?

i have pretty much given up on the current frequencies that are out for central nebraska i went scanning across frequencies and managed to pick up some of what sounded like NSP chatter on 154.69500 according to the site list that would be scottsbluff either they have changed or this scanner is awesome shouldn't we be able to build a list of of the frequencies they operate and list them all under one site and scan them all?

Are you in Grand Island?

If so, have you tried the freq's from Giltner, It worked last weekend when I came through.

yeah duh moment i figured out the problem i think other then digital range isn't what it should be but i think i live in a hole i need get my antenna higher up should fix it
