Working in the Pocono of Pennsylvania we get alot of air traffic over head mainly heading to NY airports or Philly.
Working in town called White Haven, Pa, Luzurne Co

124.625 seems to be the primary inbound in my area, using flightradar 24, I seem to be on a active flight path. Planes are heard loud and clear, sometimes NY center comes in low audio.

Looking for the sectional frequency switch off list for the planes coming in, most charts only have VRO frequencies listed.

Have ABE - Wilkes Barre etc local if anyone can help or direct me too the NY Center map out of what frequency is what that ould be great.

Thanks

Newark (KEWR) arrivals on the WILLIAMSPORT THREE ARRIVAL pass directly over White Haven. When traffic gets busy enough they will split the sectors and use 132.150 for these KEWR arrivals as well as KLGA arrivals on the MILTON FOUR ARRIVAL.

The transmitter for 132.150 is located at North Mountain, from an elevation of about 2230 feet, around 38nm from White Haven. I'm wondering if you are able to hear the controller on 132.150 better than you are on 124.925 ? Other New York frequencies from North Mountain are 128.575, 121.325 and 134.800.

Sorry don't get on here much during the week.

Will have to plug in 132.150 the 124.625 normally hearing them as they pass my location and many knots southeast already. Normally try to track on flightraar24 to get a better idea.
