For those new to this forum, and for those who may be wondering what happened to the NYDXA weekly scanner net, please be advised of the following changes.

To increase our coverage area, we’ve moved the net to the N2ROW system. http://www.n2row.net/
The N2ROW system is a Multi Band/Multi Repeater system, offering repeaters on most VHF, UHF and 900 mhz bands. The N2ROW system provides extensive coverage and accessibility within the ARRL New York City / Long Island Section (including Ct.) The N2ROW system is also part of the IRLP network, so those of you who are not within its local coverage can check in via another IRLP node.
If you aren’t licensed, we answer live e-mail during the net. Questions can be sent to nydxa@yahoo.com
Our net is held each Wednesday night at 9:00 p.m. It usually runs about 1 hour.

Hi Ray. The NYDXA Net actually covers the tristate (NY-NJ-CT) region. It is based out
of NYC. Over the past 15 years, the Net has had participants from all over the region.

For IRLP, do you need to connect directly to n2row's irlp node, or are they going to be on one of the reflectors?
