NYPD Citywide-1 Freq Changed?

After the protests ended today, the chatter on CW-1 was unusually quiet. Then there were some open carrier callouts and the dispatcher said "Open Carrier on Citywide A (or 8?)".

Thoughts?

EDIT: 01:32am local time the next dispatcher called out CW-1. I could be wrong and it's just quiet.
