Central gives out a job of reckless driver at a shopping center and says "...be advised, this is a sensitive location". I've heard this said of hospitals, synagogues etc. but why a Home Depot?
It could be that this location has had incidents in the past where bystanders haven't been supportive of the PD stopping folks there and have caused issues in the past with near-riot behaviour. There are areas where the PD sends multiple cars for even a routine traffic stop to allow one or two to handle the stop and the rest to control the crowd that tends to always show up when the lights start blinking.
It has to do with the 2 devices found in the home depots on LI. All home depots are sensitive locations until they catch the nuts placing the devices in the stores.
