Greetings,
I have have all of the 47 MHz NYS DOT Duplex pairs programmed as per NYS Department of Transportation (New York) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference and actively scanning all along the I-90 Mohawk Valley corridor between Schenectady and Utica NY using properly tuned antenna(s) with not a single hit recorded on any of these channels for several years. Might they have migrated elsewhere? I hear many respective county DPW road departments plow operations on VHF without issue but nothing on DOT low band. I understand I-90 NYS Thruway maintenance can be heard on their respective 453 MHz freqs. Any ideas for the many parallel roads ie NY-5, NY-5s and numerous North/South NYS highways.
Thanks and safe holiday travels
