Now with all the money problem the dept has, lack of officers, the re-banding, do you really think this is going to happen anytime soon? I wonder where they're going to get the money?

From Sprint/Nextel like everyone else.
It's all simply man hours to reprogram. There should be chatter about it once it happens.

Do you know the date. I tried monitoring Berkeley last night got the control channel, but no comm's. Also, whould anyone have a OPD district map? Who are the "victor" units. TIA
