Camp located on south lawn of City Hall. As of midnight, Dallas Special Operations Division surrounded the camp and has advised everyone to leave. Those who choose not to leave will be arrested. WFAA Chopper 8 is overhead providing live coverage, no radio traffic on PD frequencies at this time.
