Well, I'm not sure if this is permanent or not, but it seems that the link to OCPD Hefner is down. Haven't heard anything on Hefner since Wednesday morning.

When I was in town last month, the Hefner VHF link sounded like it was about to take a dump (bad audio quality compared to the other links, one morning I had to lock it out b/c it was sticking open with no radio traffic). maybe it's a technical problem?
