Do any of you retired ISP troops remember "Donnie" Who worked at ISP Ashkum?

I heard he passed away a few years ago, He was good friends of a friend of mine who lived in Paxton.

In the pre StarCom days I would hear him on my scanner in Champaign.

Would anyone be willing to share his last name with me?
