Ok, I think I'm in the right spot.

Some of the 800 'trunked' agencies have dropped down from 866-868
down to 851-853 MHZ now. OK, I think they thought they were being
rebanded, but I've noticed there are some new open 700 frequencies
registered as for Shreveport. All the agency's rent time and radios from
the Caddo 911 Communications District. I don't have a 700 MHz scanner,
YET.

What I'm looking to do is dump all the frequencies I have stored, including
the pre-programmed ones and load the Pro-95 with 10 meter AM, 10 meter
FM, low-band FM (30-50 MHz), 6meter FM repeaters, 2 meter repeaters,
hi-band FM (150-172 MHz), 222 MHz Ham repeaters, lo-band UHF (406-
470 MHZ) and 70 mc Fm Ham repeaters.

I've TRIED holding down 2 & 9 and turning the scanner on. Nada. I've
tried every concievable key in all combinations and have even pressed the
RESETbutton on the side, to no avail.

What am I doing wrong? HELP!!!!!

You tried holding down 2, 9 and Manual while turning the radio on? Or holding down the Reset while turning the radio on?
