I saw this new SDR Transceiver referenced on reddit:

Manufactured by Olliter. I have never heard of this company. Unit is Made in Italy. 5.700 euros - Kits available September 2024.

They have a Facebook page that they have been posting quite a bit on. But, they tend to delete comments. They claim 20,000 hours of development of their software. If you look at the screenshots on their website, it is obvious they are using the, open source software, Thetis. Only the interface has been changed.
I asked them, since the software and firmware for Thetis is OPEN SOURCE, will they be making available the source code of their software as required by the GPL licensing agreement. The reply was that they would not make anything available, unless it was relevant to the GPL. And that they considered their software proprietary.
It will be interesting to me to see how well their radios actually sell. They are more expensive than a Flex or Anan. According to one post they will be sell completed radios.

Very interesting that post is gone now. Just looking at the rear panel I see huge red flags, i.e. likely design taken from the OpenHPSDR hardware. Plus the Thetis rip you mentioned.
Bet we don't get schematics or source disclosure.
