Can I use the original commands or does it take special commands?

Your post is a bit sketchy of information. Are you referring to an Orange Pi 5 Plus? If so, it ultimately depends upon
the Operating System (OS) that you load on it, and that OS's compatibility or similarity to Debian Linux and variants.

OP25 itself, once successfully compiled and installed will present a consistent command interface.

From what I've just read, Orange Pi OS is an Arch derivative, which might make some people happy but unless you are a Linux expert it's going to make your head hurt. (Arch is a rolling release, which means you can never be quite sure what packages are going to be upgraded at any given time.)

I have successfully built and run op25 on Arch, but it was a chore, and not something I plan on directly providing any hand-holding to do here on the forum. As a starting point you're going to need to be on the "gr310" branch since that's the closest gnuradio compatibility right now.

Good luck!

I should have asked, what operating system should I use on a Orange Pi 5B plus, to run OP25?

Personally, I'd do this one.

Armbian allows you to use debian or ubuntu flavoured versions of it, based on your preference. You'll get a mostly generic debian (or ubuntu) based install that will easily allow you to run the program of your choice on it, OP25 should build just fine.

Oblig. disclaimer, I've been a debian user for nearly 2 decades now, so I'm biased.

Just for grins, I flashed a Pine Rock64 SBC that I haven't used for a few years with Armbian 23.8.1 Bookworm and had no problems
building or running op25.
