Opening file

I had a file emailed to me to use in my pro 106 but can't seem to open it? The file is from the ARC500 & I have downloaded this program also. When I try to open the file the computer says that don't have a program on my computer that supports .dll files?? Does anyone know how to open these files when emailed?

Sorry..it's a Win500 file? That's the program imhave downloaded also!

You need to start the program, then click the OPEN button and you should see the file.
You may need to click FILE, then OPEN.
