I'm looking for VHF Marine Radio channels that cover the Oregon coast. I already plugged in the common hailing, intership safety, and coast guard channels. I'm mainly looking for marine channels used for port ops/ harbor patrol from Lincoln County to the California border.

Excellent list! Sadly, I have nothing to add right now. FYI, from what I've seen on here, the USCG is using a VHF digital system, too. Suppose that is probably for enforcement and admin activity. Dunno if it is encrypted or not.

I think the OP is making a list of specific channels used at specific locations. Although with the service search feature of most modern scanners, or even using a limit search, as fast as that is now, finding them should be fairly straightforward.
