Im just kind of curious as to why Metcom 911 has no available scanners on this website for live audio besides Metcom North fire 1... Non of the smaller police agencies are able to be scanned there is no frequency available.

Like for example Woodburn who is under Metcome 911 Dispatch center use to have a Woodburn Police freq you can scan but it no longer exists. I found this but it is perm offline https://www.broadcastify.com/listen/feed/11693

The Why is this feed offline? Where did a feed go? How to get my area added? thread answers your question pretty well.

The rundown is that nearly all feeds are provided by a volunteer with an actual scanner. If there are no volunteers available, then there are no feeds.

Could it be that Woodburn uses NXDN, and the person who provides the feed has an analog scanner?? Do a little detective work. You might be able to answer your own questions.
