Original System Database

New here.

I went right off the bat and deleted my system database on my BC246T

Is there anywhere I can download it and reinstall it and start fresh ?

You mean the preprogrammed systems on the scanner. Download a copy of UASD for the BC246T from the Uniden website it's contained in the software.
