They also use MOH PCOMM 150.100 to communicate with crews on the ground and get patient updates from which ever CACC they are working.
129.2750 isn't it? I also hear them on 150.1000 quite often in the London area.
It's actually 129.275
I rode in an air ambulance recently (passenger not victim). They used a sat phone for comms to the hospital and comm center from take off to arrival on scene. Nearing the scene they used 150.1 to confirm some patient data and verify the landing area and conditions with the EMS crews on the ground. On takeoff the hospital where they were heading to was verified with the ground EMS crew on 150.1. The helicopter then switched back to the sat phone to the hospital for patient details and instructions.
The airband freqs used were 129.275 for take off from the hospital helipad and entry into and through local traffic with the local low altitude freq monitored.

They are listed in the Ministry of Health Agency page, not in the counties

Some CACCs (London, for sure) also have access to the 129.275 AM air-to-ground channel, though I've never heard them on there before.

BTW you can also listen on 418.6875,. the UHF downlink frequency. If the 413.6875 can't be heard in your area, the planes at great height (and distance) might be heard.

FWIW, I got a couple of hits on 129.2750 earlier this evening on my 125AT.
Renfrew dispatch has used this in the past. As I'm sure Ottawa has as well. Being in between both locales it wouldn't be uncommon to hear something on it.
