What mciupa said. But don’t expect much traffic on the frequencies. My understanding is that most of their operational communications are now done via satellite devices.
FWIW, we see a very large, almost constant amount of ORNGE aircraft movement in our area, and today was the first time in weeks that I’ve heard any radio traffic.
CG-YNM ORNGE heli is in the air overhead here right now, and there is no radio traffic whatsoever. Even ATC comms are limited.

Yup. If you live near a trauma hospital you'll sadly hear them pretty much on a daily basis in the GTA and SW Ontario.

Very rare to hear traffic on them here, except their ATC traffic where they refer to themselves at "Lifeflight One/Two Medivac" (i think that is them at least)

You can watch them on most aviation tracking sites:

LF1, LF2 Toronto
LF3 London
LF4 Ottawa
LF5 Sudbury

The fixed wing aircraft are PULxxx.

Currently LF2 is north of Shelburne.

I have heard them on the Tactical channels that EMS will use to Patch with the Emergency Dept. I assume it is standard province wide so monitor your local TGIDs on the Bell system.

FWIW, some flight tracking sites will display the helos under their civilian registrations, for example:

C-GYNJ
C-GYNO
C-GYNP

On the UHF dispatch repeater (413.6875) this will be heard as "799 Juliet", "799 Oscar" etc. The London/Windsor unit I believe flies as "792(x)". Ottawa and Sudbury/North Bay I can't remember, but I have heard 798(x) units.

The fix wing aircraft (PULxxx as mentioned above) are callsign "PULSE ###" when talking to ATC on en route frequencies.

Cheers!

Does ORNGE use ADS-B? Any suggestion on what flight track site to use?

Yes, the A139s have it. I see them on Flightradar24 all the time under the civilian regs. listed above, like right now. And there's my answer about the YOW unit, it's C-GYNL working up there at the moment.
