Maybe? I know right now thier still using the 90s plates for the DUI cruiser plates on some vehicles. I haven't seen any of the newer plates on them.

I think any newer plate you'll see will feature the new #677 number, I just saw a new one, and I think it was in the blue version of the new "Ohio Pride," design...
