Owens Valley LA DWP Freqs.

I'll bet Exsmokey knows this...

We were in the Owens Valley last weekend and I noticed some of the large pickups belonging to LA DWP had several antennas. What frequencies do they use? Being such a major landowner in the valley, do they interact at all with USFS/BLM?

Here in Newhall, I constantly hear LA DWP CH-02 'Mojave' on 451.125 118.8PL.

I've wondered about this lately too.

Looking at their licenses, it looks like they use a combination of UHF and lowband (with 451.125 MHz serving a lot of the Owens Valley as well as Mojave).

I would also try scanning 451.20 MHz, and 48.52 MHz.
