P-25 Drop out in Warrick County

When listening to the p25 simulcast of warrick co. i have brief moments of dropped reception. i have tried everything from settting my delay time and moving it to manual. Still I get about half the tx. PLEASE HELP

Yankeetown
Henderson
All have their own set of freq.
