P25 cross channel

Hello, I have a BC796D Digital Scanner. I listen to Buffalo police during the day, but at night when the airwaves are clearer I hear another police station using motorola type 2 apco p25 on the same frequencies as Buffalo, I also entered the tones for the Buffalo freqencies. The problem is I can't find the city using the p25. There the 460 mhz range.None of the websights are updated so i don't know what city it is.
I'm running a Opec UVS 200 antenna and the gain is unreal.. Maybe there's a tone for the p25 their using. Would anyone know a websight that's updated all the time with p25 information. Even radioreference doesn't have the info. Thanks

You may be hearing Rochester Police or the Monroe County Sheriff. They use a lot of the same frequencies and recently switched to P25 digital. I hear it sometimes if they are transmitting on the same frequency as Buffalo is and when Buffalo stops transmitting, the squelch is open for a second before the scanner closes it. I have tried listening to Rochester, programming in the frequencies with no squelch tone, but from my location in Clarence, the signal is too weak for the scanner to decode it, even with my outdoor antenna. I used to hear Rochester easily even with my handheld, when they were analog, but digital requires a stronger signal for the scanner to decode it.
