P25 in Paradise/Chico, Ca

Hey all. I have heard some people chatting on the following freqs in P25 most of the time, and analog a couple times. Just wondering if anyone else had heard them and may know who they are...

151.82 <- sometimes
151.88 <- sometimes
151.94 <- most of the time

NAC is 650
DPL is 411

I know those are 2 of the murs freqs, but still curious...

Well, those are MURS frequencies 1,2 and 3 as you say, so it could be just about
anyone. No license required. I've used 'em myself for basic blah blah blah.

NAC650 has been used by various FED alphabet types so it could be clandestine stuff
from one of them. I know MURS channels are programmed in some of their radios.
Just a guess though.
