DSDPlus P25 neighbor site "Info Outdated"

The last couple days 3 out of 6 neighbor sites on my local system all of a sudden show "Info Outdated" next to them and those sites repopulate with the same info a few seconds later, only to have that message reappear a couple mins later. No data was changed recently that would cause the error. I apologize if it's a quick fix, just unable to figure out what may be causing it.
