I did some scanning around in the Texas 700/800 MHZ segments (DSD+FL) looking for random digital signals. Stumbled across site 5.1 (rfss 5 sid=1). I caught one TG 39105.
It is weak. I mostly get errors but I was able to capture this much info. I live N of Houston so I'm assuming its close enough to be received (though not well). I tried to do some searching in the Texas forum but didn't find 5.1. Anyone around this area (Harris Montgomery and surrounds) have any idea what system this is? Next I'm going to search the FCC DB by frequency to see who has a license for it. I suppose since it is weak that it may just be garbage that DSD+ threw out. But I have checked it a few times and it comes up with the same Site ID and RFSS and SID and NAC. So I'm pretty confident it is good data just not in the TXWARN database. We have RFSS of 1, 2, and 3.
