I’m closer to CHES31, and so is Avondale PSP, I would be throughly concerned if Avondale PSP is running off CHES01. I’m getting 35 RSSI here off CHES01 so I’ll keep that running for the rest of today and then I’ll run it off CHES31 tomorrow and share it here

It would help for a talk group number along with a recording. It is possible they are in the clear or something other than PSP or PGC .

10115 is in and set to receive both clear and encrypted voice calls off CHES01. Only traffic on CHES31 site so far has been Encrypted calls to 10161 from units

How are we feeling about J3 PSP only having one TG for both Avondale and Embreeville troops. I'm only getting 10161 from here 15 miles from avondale PSP. It's encrypted too. I have a feeling they are on the same TG to make it easier for themselves when units from both stations are working together. 10161 is coming off both the CHES31 800mhz site and the CHES02 VHF site.
Also for what it's worth:

I’m going to go with possible system testing, or a temp patch maybe? I’ve gotten nothing clear while monitoring CHES01

The jury awaits further evidence before it came make any conclusive decisions..
Perhaps there was just something special about the Morgantown Site that day, There was a tech observed bouncing about the area sites that day. Proximity to the turnpike may have had something to do with it?
[perhaps a patch to the turnpikes VHF system??] We anxiously await any additional reports of this activity.... Raven315?
I have UT parked on it along with recording. Not much activity on that site overall.
