I'm specifically looking for the programming codes for Brampton, Mississauga and Caledon Fire. I was searching around but could not find them. I could only find the dispatch frequency. I also wanted to know if there are only 8 codes you can program since the pager I have currently shows 8, or do I need a software to program more?
Every truck has a CAP code. You're looking at about 80 different ones between the departments.
Given that the CAP code would start with the Station numbers, the Wiki page here may be of a little bit of help.

I don’t think any pager takes 80 cap codes. There is software solutions like PDW and PagerMon that work well for decoding.
You can connect the scanner to your computer and use a software program PDW and log the cap codes you see from pages, it will take awhile to collect them all, or perhaps you only want certain ones. It works best with a discriminator tap on the scanner, or IF out. This is how I got the list for the large FD/EMS departments in my area.

First he would need to know if it is POCSAG or FLEX, also in my area the cap codes have no connection to the unit ID. Typically, from my experience each District has a shared cap code, then each station has a shared cap code, after that each chief would have one as does special units like hazmat, swift water rescues, coroner, etc. It's not unusual for a mid to large size agency to have 100+ cap codes. From what I found, there is no wildcard cap code.
I use an Apollo AL-924L pager which is specific to the frequency range used by the agency for the pagers (in my case VHF 152-162MHz), and it only allows me to program 8 cap codes.
