I think pasco added a new cc. I came up with
855.81250
856.83750c
857.83750
858.38750 new cc
858.83750c
859.83750
860.8375
855.22500
856.22500
and it works again.

I noticed that to today while I was over on the west side of the county today, I thought something had happen to my mobile antenna and checked it out and everything. It was ok and radio was fine. I added that frequency into the bank and I can also confirm that everything is working just fine now.

You typically can't just "add" a new freq to an EDACS system. The "new" freq is the previously discussed rebanded replacement for 860.8375. 860.8375 should be deleted and replaced with 858.3875 in the LCN #6 slot. While it might be a cc today, it might be a voice channel tomorrow, and if it's not in the proper channel slot, you'll miss parts of conversations.

As long as you leave the old control channel in you should not have a problem at all

Got up this morning and notice that there are 2 control ch now. 855.8125 is showing CTL-01 w 97% and 859.8375 is showing CTL-05 sw 99% I do have to say that reception has improved here is Zephyrhills when I use to get only 83-85% on the CTL channel.
