Perry County has switched to MSWIN , how do I get freq radio ref only shows Perry S/O

They are talkgroups, not freq any longer for the SO. I think the VFD are still on highband, those are frequencies> The talkgroups are listed in our database

I am in Volunteer fire dept and we are MSWIN just looking to put talk groups in my scanner but have not found out where to find them at yet

ok Thanks that is why I am not hearing MHP I will have to get a new scanner that is phase II also I only see the 2 SO channels am I missing something
