I was searching for scanners on EBay and came across Item # 250641574696. The seller appears to be selling links to 5... free... scanner audio websites, and mentions selecting your state on a map, possibly RR.
Anyone seen this? This sounds very fraudulent to me. This guy is making money off selling links to others' websites for $2.50, and has sold to almost 50 people for that particular item. I'm not sure if it was against EBay TOS but I reported it anyway.
