Philadelphia Pd Atv Detail

Anyone have any idea what talk group the new Atv detail would use ? I assume a citywide channel of some sort since they work various districts also what call signs they use ? I would assume it’s M band the old T band I doubt it would be J band enough units already use J band.

Good question but I'm going to assume, secondary to fire ground and secondary police District talk groups being encrypted, there's always a chance, we can expect the same, I don't have a clue or any information to confirm that. It's just my.. two cents.

It’s possible I doubt it cause it’s a last minute detail but possible.

This ATV detail may be the Zebra units that operate on M band. Also the William units are 2 person ERT designated to high crime areas on the City.

Thanks Joe, keep us updated if you hear anything, I wonder if they don't just monitor the local paired District dispatch talk groups or J band would always make sense. Keep us posted.. Bob.
