11175 USB: Around 0800L, sounded like Ramstein AFB cllng aircraft 66; after which a phone patch was set up, but very weak with much of it unreadable; but heard something about a return to Offut.

Interesting! I used to monitor 11175 yrs ago when I was really into SW listening. I remember it being an emergency frequency? nice catch.
The freqs: 4724 - 8992 - 11175 -15016 USB are used for military global emergency action messages (EAM's); as well as phone patches. Even though most of the EAM message can't be decoded by the average Joe, it's still neat to be able to hear them.
