In the past I have heard Pickens County fire use 154.370 (simplex, 146.2 PL) quite extensively for paging.

Perry County fire appears to use the AFC UHF system. According to the license (WNLN204) 453.550 should be the repeater output in the north and central parts of the county, and 453.500 should be the output for the southern part (around Uniontown). 453.750 is the common fireground frequency of the AFC system.

Pickens County Fire (154.370) pages several fire departments, including Aliceville FD. I am not what Aliceville's fireground frequency is. 154.115 is the E911 channel and I believe police departments are dispatched on this frequency and if I recall correctly, I remember hearing a paging tone on this channel a while back.

Some more info I have on Pickens County after monitoring several of their licensed frequencies:

WPQE248
*154.115 (146.2 PL), 911 Channel: Heard both law enforcement and EMS dispatch/operations around Gordo.
*155.3175 (179.9 PL): Very weak but I could tell it was the same dispatcher that was on 154.115. Was calling unit 5x. Possibly the equivalent to 154.115 on the south end of the county?

*154.0625 (71.9 PL), WQEG298: 911 calling Gordo-1. Sounded like it was all simplex.
*154.370 (71.9 PL), WQEP384: 911 paging a fire department (forgot who). They seem to have changed, or added another PL tone since the last time I monitored them.
*154.7325 (WQHK517): Heard some traffic on this frequency but it was just too weak to understand. Its the output of a repeater licensed in Aliceville and owned by the Firefighters Association.

Nope, all I know is that it probably is DPL. Most (all?) of the AFC owned UHF repeaters switched to DPL when they underwent narrowbanding back in 2009, but only a few have been updated in the database. Unfortunately my UHF monitoring range is only about 45 miles, so I can only hear two counties that use the network. If anybody has any updated information on the AFC UHF network (formerly known as the RCFP system), please submit it!
