We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. Here in New London I'm picking up a P25 control channel on 155.250 with a NAC of 29E. It's not very strong and it has a weird wavy quality to the signal so I'm thinking it may be enhanced propagation from somewhere else. Anybody else catching this? Most of the time my PSR500 isn't even registering a percentage of decode but it definitely is a control channel of some sort.

Thanks! I figured it was coming from somewhere else just because of the signal's wavering signal strength.
