Upon further investigation I saw that. I was just trying to show him what was published and was out there. Hopefully someone with DSD plus can post what he actually was looking for.

Looking at their web site, I honestly doubt that they have a fire radio system. The pictures of their trucks all have different community names on them representing several volunteer fire groups. They do have a 911 system but they might depend heavily on cell phones or FRS/GMRS.
